Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and document scalable AI solutions and reusable components.
• Build and integrate Agentic AI and RAG-based applications.
• Develop prototypes using emerging AI technologies and integrate successful solutions into production architecture.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues.
• Identify and address technical debt, scalability, latency, reliability, and security concerns.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to deliver high-quality production solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices.

Job Title: AI Engineer

Duration: 4-Month Contract
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days/week (Tues/Wed/Thurs)

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement scalable AI solutions in production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong Python and Agentic AI experience, with hands‑on expertise in RAG, LangGraph, and LangChain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and document scalable AI solutions and reusable components.
• Build and integrate Agentic AI and RAG-based applications.
• Develop prototypes using emerging AI technologies and integrate successful solutions into production architecture.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues.
• Identify and address technical debt, scalability, latency, reliability, and security concerns.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to deliver high-quality production solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
