Innova Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer for a Plano, TX engagement with a 6+ month contract-to-hire. The role requires Java or Python expertise, 10+ years in software development, and 2+ years building AI/ML apps in production.

Expect hands-on work with AI/ML architectures, RAG models, and production CI/CD pipelines. Candidates should be proficient with cloud services (AWS), modern APIs (REST/GraphQL), and containerization (Docker, ECS/EKS).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience in Java or Python.
• 2+ years building AI/ML applications in production.
• Proficient in Java or Python with AI/ML architecture.
• Experience with production CI/CD pipelines and API building.
• Strong knowledge of RAG architectures and embedding models.
• Familiar with vector stores (Pinecone, OpenSearch, pgvector, FAISS).
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI.
• Hands-on with AWS Bedrock and Claude models.
• Proficient in API design (REST, GraphQL) and microservices.
• Experience with guardrails, responsible AI practices.
