Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You will partner with Deployment Strategists, own end-to-end components, and ship production-ready AI capabilities for large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering)
• Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns
• Able to engage with sales teams and customer architects
• Ship quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor
• Tend to experiment with evolving AI/data tools and stay curious
• Willing to travel ~25% and collaborate with customers
• English and Polish language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments
• Own end-to-end components from architecture to production
• Build data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms
• Develop agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs
• Co-build with customers and partners and share best practices
• Identify gaps and provide feedback to product teams
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate business challenges into solutions
