Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc is seeking an Agentforce Solution Architect to design and build AI agents on Agentforce for a sales use case. This hands-on role requires strong Salesforce expertise to enable data-driven lead qualification and proactive sales recommendations.

You will design and test agents, configure Data Cloud data pipelines, and integrate with external systems via APIs, while supporting live demos and client workshops.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Agentforce expert with experience building agent topics, instructions, actions and guardrails.
• Strong Salesforce platform skills including Sales Cloud, Flow, Apex, APIs.
• Experience with Data Cloud data streams, insights and triggers.
• Good understanding of prompt design and AI agent behavior.
• Excellent communication and client presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce professional to design and build AI agents on Agentforce for sales.

• Design and build Agentforce agents - topics, instructions, actions, and guardrails
• Develop supporting automation in Flow and Apex on Sales Cloud
• Configure Data Cloud (ingestion, calculated insights, triggers) so agents can act on data proactively
• Integrate with other systems via APIs
• Test, tune, and deploy agents; support live demos and client workshops

Required skills:

• Hands-on Agentforce experience (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, agent testing)
• Strong Salesforce platform skills: Sales Cloud, Flow, Apex, APIs
• Data Cloud experience (data streams, insights, triggers)
• Good understanding of prompt design and AI agent behavior
• Strong communication skills - comfortable presenting to clients
