Job summary

neuraflash is seeking a Technical Architect to lead Salesforce Agentforce and adjacent AI initiatives for enterprise clients. You will partner with PMs, developers, UX designers, and solution architects to translate business needs into production-grade solutions spanning the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of application and software development experience.
• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field.
• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript; exposure to Python/Java/C#.
• Experience with Salesforce technologies (Flows, LWC, Visualforce).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end concepts.
• Strong communication to convey technical details to diverse audiences.
• Experience with source control, PR workflows, CI/CD, and DevOps basics.

Role overview

A technical architect role focused on Salesforce Agentforce and adjacent AI technologies, designing and delivering intelligent agent experiences for enterprise clients. The architect partners with project managers, developers, UX designers, and solution architects to translate business needs into well-architected, production-grade solutions spanning the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute end-to-end technical solutions for Agentforce, including agent design, instructions, actions, supporting automation, deployment methods, and data structures.
• Explore the limits of agentic AI capabilities, identifying novel approaches that unlock measurable business outcomes for clients.
• Lead complete project technical solution design and contribute across design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Collaborate with customers, project managers, solution architects, developers, and UX designers to translate requirements into well-architected implementations.
• Establish and evolve best practices for ingesting and structuring data at scale to power agentic solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Build reusable assets and accelerators that improve delivery quality, consistency, and speed for the broader team.
• Stay current on new Salesforce features, generative AI advances, and complementary platforms such as large language model providers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in application and software development.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce in a development capacity.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, plus working exposure to modern languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
• Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies such as HTML and CSS.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical details to varied audiences.
• Experience with source control, branching and pull-request workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and core DevOps principles.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI systems and generative AI capabilities.
• Additional Salesforce certifications, ideally Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist credentials.
