Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect with hands-on Agentforce experience to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered customer service solutions within Salesforce. This role emphasizes Service Cloud, omnichannel workflows, and scalable enterprise solutions across voice, chat, and email.

You will test Agentforce solutions, validate agent responses and flows, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable Salesforce implementations using Apex, LWC,

• 10+ years experience with Salesforce (specifically Service Cloud).

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect with recent, hands-on Agentforce experience to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered customer service solutions within Salesforce. This individual will be highly experienced with Salesforce Service Cloud and building solutions across all three customer service channels: voice, chat, and email. The ideal candidate will have a strong Salesforce development background, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, APIs, and automation, with the ability to build scalable enterprise solutions. A key focus of this role will be the development, configuration, and optimization of Agentforce agents that support complex customer service workflows and deliver seamless omnichannel experiences. Candidates must have hands-on experience testing Agentforce solutions, including validating agent responses, conversation flows, actions, integrations, guardrails, and end-to-end functionality before production deployment. This individual will partner closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate customer service requirements into reliable, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions
