Insight Global is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect with hands-on Agentforce experience to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered customer service solutions within Salesforce. Qualifications

10+ years experience with Salesforce (specifically Service Cloud).
3+ years experience with Agentforce across Voice, Email and Chat.
Testing experience within Agentforce.
Experience integrating systems into Salesforce Service Cloud through APIs.
