Job summary

WarpDrive is seeking a Salesforce Developer – Agentforce Specialist for a remote, full-time role. You will apply 3–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development, focusing on Agentforce, AI-driven automation, and platform customization to deliver scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design intelligent automation and AI-powered workflows, and integrate Salesforce with external systems while following best practices and governance.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years hands-on Salesforce development experience with Agentforce and AI-driven automation.
• Experience building scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and AI workflows.
• Follow Salesforce best practices for development, testing, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Work on Agentforce capabilities including AI agents, conversational workflows, automation, and intelligent interactions.
• Build and customize Agentforce solutions integrated with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows, prompts, and knowledge integrations.
• Configure Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and security models.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development and strong exposure to Agentforce, AI‑driven automation, and Salesforce platform customization. The ideal candidate should have experience in building scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning components, Flows, integrations, and AI‑powered capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.

The role requires someone who can work closely with business stakeholders, understand requirements, and implement intelligent automation and conversational AI solutions using Salesforce Agentforce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.

• Work extensively on Salesforce Agentforce capabilities including AI agents, conversational workflows, automation, and intelligent customer interactions.

• Build and customize Agentforce solutions integrated with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

• Develop AI‑assisted workflows, prompts, knowledge integrations, and automation using Salesforce AI tools.

• Configure and optimize Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, approval processes, and security models.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Admins, and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and release management.
