The Juris Agency in Fremont, MI is seeking an Agent Trainee to grow sales by handling leads, developing new business, and helping customers with their insurance needs. You’ll work with an experienced agency owner to learn operations, marketing, recruiting, and building a high-performing insurance practice.

You’ll gain exposure to agency operations and leadership while pursuing sales goals in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience is not required.
• Competitive and motivated by results.

We’re looking for a motivated, sales-driven professional to join an established Farmers Insurance agency in Fremont.

As an Agent Trainee, you’ll build your sales skills by working leads, developing new business, and helping customers with their insurance needs. You’ll also work directly with a successful agency owner and learn what goes into operating and growing a high-performing insurance business.

The agency has a team of 5+ employees and is led by a Top 10% Farmers agent, Toppers Club qualifier, and record-setting producer within the district.
