Farmers Insurance is seeking an Agent in Training in Iowa to generate new business, consult clients on coverage, and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies. You will build lasting client relationships, use CRM tools to manage leads, and participate in team sales strategy sessions.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets and ongoing training, with opportunities for progression within the agency or ownership pathways.

Key Responsibilities

As an Agent in Training, your main duties will include:

Ideal Candidate

We are searching for passionate, proactive, and professional candidates. The ideal Agent in Training will possess:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Confidence making outbound calls and closing business

• Receptiveness to coaching and a willingness to learn

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain one)

• Bilingual skills are a plus
