Job summary

GlobalTranz in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Agent Solutions Manager to nurture relationships with our agent partners and drive agent success. You will be the primary contact for agents, resolve issues, and collaborate with operations, finance, IT, and customer service to ensure seamless service.

This role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Travel may be required, and some remote work options could be available depending on location.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service in logistics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with GlobalTranz agents.
• Act as the primary point of contact for agents, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly.
• Conduct check-ins with agents to assess their satisfaction.
• Proactively identify potential issues and address them with agents to prevent or resolve
• Address escalated problems promptly, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Document and track issues, resolutions, and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Liaise with internal departments such as operations, finance, IT, and customer service to facilitate smooth operations.
• Ensure clear communication between agents and internal teams to address operational challenges.
• Provide ongoing support to agents, including training on GlobalTranz systems and processes.
• Facilitate communication between agents and internal departments to ensure resources and information.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and GlobalTranz offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of agent interactions.
