Job summary

Keller Williams Elite in Plainville, MA seeks a energetic Real Estate Agent Services & Operations Coordinator to be the face and operational engine of the Market Center. You will onboard agents, train on KW tech, and coordinate scheduling to keep the office running smoothly.

You will greet guests, support front desk operations, manage the training calendar, and promote team events while helping agents leverage technology for success. This role offers growth within the Keller Williams network.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles or real estate support.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to teach tech tools to others.
• Experience with Keller Williams systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Administrative Support: greet clients, answer calls, process mail, and manage supplies.
• Agent Onboarding & Tech Training: lead onboarding and train on KW technology platforms.
• Calendar & Event Coordination: manage training calendar, workshops, and meetings.
• Social Media Management: create and post content highlighting events and agent achievements.
