As the face of the office, you will oversee reception, schedules, vendor relations, and training logistics, ensuring a polished, productive environment that helps agents grow their businesses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in real estate operations, hospitality, or corporate office management.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRMs.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with warm, professional hospitality and manage office flow.
• Oversee daily office operations, mail, deliveries, and conference room scheduling.
• Support onboarding, technology access, and training logistics for agents.
