Job summary

Princess Cruises and Holland America Line in Fairbanks is seeking a friendly Reservations Agent for a seasonal, part-time role. You’ll be the go-to person for guests booking their next getaway, handling inquiries and fulfilling requests with a smile.

The position requires basic computer skills, clerical experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment. You must be 18+, eligible to work in the United States, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer business applications, with working knowledge of word processing programs, data entry systems, and spreadsheets.
• One year of experience in positions involving clerical assignments.
• Minimum age of 18 is required to live in housing where available.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

• Ability to bend, squat, and kneel as well as lift up to 55 lbs while demonstrating a safe technique.
