Job summary

Princess Cruises and Holland America Line is seeking a Reservations Agent in Fairbanks for the Guest Services department. This seasonal full-time role calls for assisting guests with booking excursions and providing exceptional service.

You will handle data entry, telephone inquiries, and general clerical tasks while supporting policies and customer satisfaction. Eligible candidates must work in the United States and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer business applications, with working knowledge of word processing programs, computerized accounting or data entry systems, and spreadsheet applications.
• One year of experience in positions involving clerical assignments.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

REQUIREMENTS
