Job summary

Princess Cruises and Holland America Line in Copper River Lodge is seeking a Representative, Guest Services for a seasonal full-time position. You will deliver guest service by listening to needs, sharing information on products, tours, and policies, and helping with reservations.

Responsibilities include coordinating amenities, presenting to guests, and assisting guests and staff. Requirements show at least 1 year in customer service, basic computer skills, and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in positions involving customer service.
• Proficiency in the use of computer business applications, with working knowledge of computerized reservations systems.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B status).

Provides customer service by listening and responding to guests’ needs and concerns. Applies knowledge of company products, optional tours, services, local information, policies, procedures and guidelines to assist guests. Implements and maintains procedures and policies within established company guidelines. Participates in guest service activities and programs.
