The Atlantic District in Susquehanna, PA is seeking an outgoing Insurance Agent to join our small, community-minded team. You will meet with neighbors to discuss their insurance needs, explain options, and guide them toward peace of mind.

Responsibilities include evaluating current coverage, handling inquiries, maintaining policy records, coordinating with underwriting, and participating in local events to raise awareness.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Demonstrable history of success in sales roles.
• Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management systems.
• Ability to articulate complex coverage details in clear, simple language.
• Previous experience working within the Susquehanna area community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with community members to discuss their insurance needs and long-term goals.
• Evaluate current coverage plans and offer thoughtful recommendations for improvement.
• Manage incoming inquiries and walk-in clients with patience and professional warmth.
• Maintain accurate records of all policy updates and client interactions.
• Coordinate with the underwriting department to ensure all paperwork is processed correctly.
• Participate in local community events to build awareness and share the value of our agency.
