As an Agent in Training, you'll learn the insurance business while gaining hands-on sales experience. Depending on the agency, your day may include:
Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, banking, leasing, automotive, healthcare, or another customer-facing environment is a plus.
Because you'll be selling insurance, you'll need to obtain the appropriate insurance licensing. If you're not currently licensed, that's okay. Qualified candidates can receive access to pre-licensing resources to help prepare for the state exam, along with continued training and coaching as they develop in the role.
