Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking candidates for our Insurance Agent Development Program at our Parker, CO office. This program provides in-depth training, mentorship from experienced agents, and a clear path to ownership after completion.

You will generate insurance quotes, deliver presentations, and build a network with real estate professionals while learning sales and lead management in a supportive environment. Mon-Fri with evenings off and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and coachable.
• Valid insurance licenses or willingness to obtain them.

Job Overview

We are actively looking for participants for our Insurance Agent Development Program at our office located at 11911 S Parker Rd Ste 101 Parker, CO 80134. This program provides in-depth training, mentorship from accomplished agency owners, and the opportunity to establish your own agency after successful completion of the program.

Salary and Work Hours

Total yearly compensation is between $60,000.00 - $90,000.00. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday.
