Alecia Klann Agency (Farmers Insurance) in Lansing, MI is seeking an Agent in Training to join our team. You will connect with prospects, assess client needs, and recommend Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products while building lasting client relationships.

This role offers paid training, ongoing coaching, and the potential for hybrid scheduling within an established Farmers Insurance agency. Earn through base pay plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses as you grow into

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licensing.
• Coachable and eager to learn new sales techniques.
• Self-motivated with long-term career growth focus.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales, customer service, insurance, retail, banking, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience preferred
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone

• Able to handle rejection and continue moving forward
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
• Coachable and willing to learn new sales techniques
• Self-motivated with an interest in long-term career growth
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licensing is preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing
