You don’t need past insurance experience; we’ll train you and coach you to build knowledge and sales skills while you progress toward meaningful career growth. You’ll learn to identify clients’ needs, prepare quotes, explain options, and sell auto, home, life, and business coverage.

Qualifications

• No insurance industry experience required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, or another people-focused role is helpful.
• Training, coaching, and hands-on experience will build insurance knowledge and sales skills.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Agent in Training, you'll work directly with prospective and existing clients while learning how to identify insurance needs and recommend solutions that make sense for them.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with prospective clients through leads, referrals, phone calls, and follow-up

• Asking questions to understand each client's needs and current coverage

• Preparing quotes and explaining insurance options in an easy-to-understand way

• Selling Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Building relationships with clients and providing continued support after the initial sale

Previous insurance experience is welcome but not required.

A Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is preferred. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to complete the required licensing.
