Jason Anglin Agency in Chesterfield, MI is hiring an Agent in Training to build a sales career with room to grow. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship while developing skills to sell Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance and to build lasting client relationships.

The role emphasizes lead generation, needs-based questioning, and achieving sales goals with a base salary plus uncapped commission; licensing is encouraged and supported, with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through leads, referrals, outbound calls, networking, and community outreach
• Ask questions to understand each customer's needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Prepare quotes and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
• Follow up consistently with prospects and manage your sales pipeline
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate retention and referrals
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverage
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals
• Continue developing your insurance knowledge and sales skills through ongoing coaching and training

Compensation Range: $45K - $75K
