The Jason Anglin Agency is hiring an Agent in Training in Chesterfield. This entry-to-experienced role offers mentoring, hands-on training, and a path toward agency ownership. You’ll learn to connect with prospects, assess needs, and present Auto, Home, Life, and Business coverage.

• Coachable, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Active licensing in Michigan is a plus, or willingness to complete licensing.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through leads, referrals, outbound calls, networking, and community outreach.
• Ask questions to understand each customer's needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Prepare quotes and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and manage your sales pipeline.
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate retention and referrals.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverage.
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals.
• Continue developing your insurance knowledge and sales skills through ongoing coaching and training.
