Job summary

Princess Cruises and Holland America Line is seeking an Agent, Guest Services (non-Driver) for the Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge in Alaska. This seasonal full‑time position focuses on greeting guests, solving problems, and promoting tours and services while upholding service excellence.

You will apply knowledge of company products, policies, and guidelines to ensure a memorable guest experience and contribute to the team’s success in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Minimum age of 18 years to reside in company housing, where available.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work, and maintain attention to time constraints, in a team or group setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
• Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).

• Routinely applies knowledge of Company products, services, and policies to provide excellent customer service and generate maximum sales.
• Assists customers, employees, and management and responds to queries.

The Guest Service Representatives are the greeters, problem-solvers, and sales force of all that is the location where you work. You provide excellent service; apply knowledge of company products, optional tours, services, local information, policies, procedures, and guidelines to assist guests and employees; and support the overall goals of the company as you provide the best experience possible for our visitors. RESPONSIBILITIES
