Job summary

Princess Cruises and Holland America Line seeks an Agent, Guest Services - Night at Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge to greet guests, handle requests, and support nightly operations.

Seasonal full-time role requires a strong service mindset, ability to work overnight, and knowledge of lodge services. You will answer calls, provide information, and collaborate with teams to ensure memorable Alaska experiences.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Minimum age of 18 years to reside in company housing, where available.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Work independently overnight to provide customer service, including problem-solving and processing requests, with nightly info for morning supervisor.
• Produce a variety of reports using multiple software systems.
• Apply knowledge of lodge products, services, and policies to guests.
• Provide general area and lodge information.
• Answer all calls from guests and employees, including texting app and radio.
• Maintain nightly records of guest calls, deliveries and wake-up calls.
• Participate in weekly night auditor rotation and perform revenue audits.

Description

The Guest Service Representatives are the greeters, problem-solvers, and sales force of all that is the location where you work. You provide excellent service; apply knowledge of company products, optional tours, services, local information, policies, procedures, and guidelines to assist guests and employees; and support the overall goals of the company as you provide the best experience possible for our visitors. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works independently overnight to provide customer service; including problem-solving, processing guests' requests, and passing along nightly information to the morning supervisor.
• Performs a variety of complex reports using multiple software systems.
• Applies knowledge of company products, services, and policies to guests.
• Provides general area and lodge information.
• Answers all calls from guests and employees, including texting app. and radio calls.
• Maintains nightly records of guest calls, room deliveries (guest request), and wake-up calls.
• Mandatory night auditor rotation weekly that requires processing financial transactions and performing revenue audits.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B status).

• Ability to organize and prioritize work, and maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.

• Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
• Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
