Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group is seeking an Agent Advisor to initiate and maintain relationships with assigned agents, guide them through contracting and enrollment, and meet sales benchmarks across the territory. The role requires strong communication, sales acumen, and willingness to travel to events and meetings.

You will work with the Ritter Platform, assist with agent registrations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive production.

• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, build and maintain relationships with assigned agents.
• Reach annual/quarterly benchmark for new agent contracts and production within assigned territory.
• Establish methods and procedures for obtaining goals and objectives.
• Maintain status on all sales leads and move them through Ritter Sales Flow.
• Provide contracting instruction and assist with agent registration on the Ritter Platform.
• Identify product strengths/weaknesses and tailor contracting options for agents.
• Back up other Agent Advisors on sales leads, calls, and emails.
• Coordinate cross-team workflow to resolve agent issues.
