Integrity is seeking an Agent Outreach & Recruitment Specialist to connect with insurance agents, promote product updates, and recruit new talent into our growing network. This in-office role emphasizes relationship-building, outbound outreach, and collaboration with marketing and sales support to help agents succeed.

Qualifications

Experience in insurance, recruiting, outbound sales, or call center work.
Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls to professional insurance agents.
Self-motivated, positive, and goal-oriented.
Eager to learn multiple insurance product lines.
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with our network of insurance agents.
Make outbound calls to share updates on rates, products, and opportunities.
Promote incentives and sales programs to drive engagement.
