Job summary

Ritter Insurance Marketing in Harrisburg, PA seeks an Agent Sales Advisor to build and sustain relationships with our agent network. You will drive agent recruitment, support enrollment questions, and guide leads through our sales flow while meeting quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationships.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, contracting and new business operations.
• Some experience preferred; if none, 1 year in related support role.
• Strong phone communication and customer service skills.
• Good computer and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain relationships with assigned agents.
• Attend recruitment meetings and sales events to start relationships.
• Serve as the primary Ritter contact for agents and assist with enrollment questions.
• Track and meet annual/quarterly targets for new agent contracts and production.
• Move and manage leads through Ritter Sales Flow and conversion processes.
• Provide contracting instructions and assist with agent registration.
