Compass, Inc. seeks an Agent Experience Manager who will be the first point of contact for our agents in Houston, providing account management, training on Compass tools, and marketing support. This role is 100% in-office at 12525 Memorial Drive, Houston, TX.

You will manage a portfolio of agents, promote technology adoption, coordinate with onboarding, and collaborate with multiple departments to deliver a world-class agent experience.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations experience.
• Experience in real estate a plus.
• Live or remote training experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as day-to-day contact for high-touch customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Promote adoption of Compass technology with 1:1 and group training sessions.
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates and liaising with marketing specialists.
• Partner with Onboarding for strategy and logistics for new customers.
• Support office openings, national initiatives, and Expansion/M&A activity.
• Collaborate with teams to champion questions and feedback from agents.
