Compass, Inc. is seeking an Agent Experience Manager in Flower Mound, TX to be the first contact for clients and to serve as their ongoing account manager. You will help customers understand Compass, train on our tools and programs, and assist with marketing requests to support agent growth.

This 100% in-office role collaborates with onboarding, marketing, and facilities teams to deliver a world-class experience for agents and expand Compass adoption across markets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer service, training, office management or operations.
• Previous experience in real estate is a plus.
• Experience with live or remote training is beneficial.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools and platforms mentioned (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Compass agents and customers.
• Provide 1:1 and group training on Compass tools and programs.
• Create marketing collateral from templates and coordinate with marketing specialists.
• Collaborate with Onboarding on welcoming new customers to Compass.
• Support office operations and events, including visiting guests and facilities issues.
