• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely commissions/contracting support to agents and partners.
• Respond to inquiries through multiple channels with high quality and service.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base for Agency Services including contracting and commissions.
• Process requests while meeting department service standards and deadlines.
• Document actions and outcomes in the system and escalate when needed.
• Navigate multiple systems and assist management with workflow improvements.
• Support management and drive customer satisfaction with proactive problem solving.
• Promote teamwork and participate in training and team meetings.
