Job summary

Sammons Financial Group is seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide accurate commissions/contracting support to agents and business partners. You will respond to inquiries across channels, manage onboarding and contracting tasks, and help resolve escalated issues with a focus on best-in-class service.

You will build knowledge across agency services, operate across multiple platforms, and maintain timely, high-quality processing while supporting team members and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all major departmental functions and related systems.
• Good understanding of the insurance industry including applicable laws and reporting requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with internal and external business partners.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle interruptions and multiple tasks daily.
• Demonstrate professionalism and an aptitude for problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Answer a variety of front line/agent facing requests for all companies while handling with relevancy and accuracy during peak volumes of work in a fast paced environment.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of Agency Services including agent set-up, contracting requirements, product level commissions, and new business rules.
• Learn and manage tasks across various platforms and systems.
• Meet department service standards on a consistent basis (productivity, quality, turnaround time).
• Maintain multiple job functions across emails, files, and processing in multiple systems.
• Document all action steps and relevant information in the system pertaining to inquiries.
