Job summary

Sammons Financial Group is seeking a senior leader for Agency Services in Sioux Falls, SD, to lead, coach and develop a multi-site team delivering compliant, high-quality service and meeting KPIs.

You will optimize workflow, manage budgets, drive cost reductions, mentor talent, and partner with Legal and Compliance while supporting distribution channels across life, annuity, and mutual fund products.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
• Prior management of KPIs, SLAs, planning and workforce data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team KPIs, SLAs and goals aligned with organizational objectives.
• Attract and retain top talent and develop their skills.
• Coach and provide feedback, using IDPs and merit reviews.
• Review systems and data to improve workflow and efficiency through technology.
• Lead multi-site teams, including remote locations, and manage vendor relations.
• Proceed with compliant handling of complaints and regulatory matters with Legal/Compliance.
• Manage the department budget with a focus on cost reduction.
