Job summary

Connect One, LLC is seeking a full-time Repossession Field Agent to join our rapidly growing team in Atlanta, GA. You will locate, secure, and tow vehicles for repo orders, coordinating with internal staff and external teams to ensure efficient recoveries.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, is at least 24, can work weekends, maintains a clean driving record, and can pass background and drug tests. Basic computer skills and a professional appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Be at least 24 years of age.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Clean driving record; background and drug test required.
• Experience in tow truck or repo industry encouraged; DOT/CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

Connect One, LLC is a rapidly growing repossession company and we are seeking both full time experienced field agents, and those eager to learn and committed to a new profession.

The Repossession Field Agent is an integral part of a Connect One, LLC

The Repossession Field Agent's job involves communicating with internal staff, external team members and consumer’s that have fallen past due or for other various reasons that the bank/creditors have orders for repossession. You will be investigating and tracking the known locations of cars out for repossession, securing them, and towing the vehicles to the closest company storage facility.No Cold Calling-ALL accounts provided by established business.

REQUIREMENTS and EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Be at least 24 years of age
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• You must have a clean driving record, pass a background and drug test
• Previous experience working as a tow truck operation, or in the repo industry, as a flatbed operator, self-loader or tow dolly is encouraged, Industry certification a plus
• Previous law enforcement or military a plus
• Either possess or can acquire a DOT physical card and Class D commercial driver’s license
• Requires very good people skills and the ability to communicate on all levels with all types of persons.
• Basic computer skills including internet and email, own/operate a smartphone
• Clean, presentable appearance, reliable, strong work ethic
• The Repossession Agent will need to be able to handle stress and multiple priorities with a level head and limited emotion
• Basic mechanical ability
