Steadily, based in Overland Park, KS, is hiring an Agency Support Specialist to join our Client Experience team in the Kansas City metro area. This full-time, in-office role supports independent agencies with quoting, underwriting, and endorsements.

You will handle high volumes of calls, chats, and emails, working with Underwriting and Agency Success Managers to drive agency growth while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support for independent agencies appointed with Steadily; answering questions about appetite, assist with quoting in the agent portal, triage underwriting requests, and processing endorsements and billing requests on the agents’ behalf.
• Respond to high volume of inbound calls, chats, and email requests from agents regarding quotes and active policies.
• Partner with Agency Success Managers to support growth and success of our independent agency channel; surface concerns and escalate feedback from agency partners.
• Partner with Underwriting to help mitigate risk by communicating underwriting actions to our agents and supporting agents in the subsequent resolution of risk.
• Perform any other clerical or administrative tasks related to agency support, as needed.

Steadily is hiring an Agency Support Specialist to join our growing Client Experience team in the Kansas City metro area. In this role, you will deliver fast, high volume support, guiding agents through portal quoting, clarifying appetite, navigating underwriting, and managing policy endorsements. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
