Steadily Insurance Company is hiring motivated Sales Agents to join our growing team in the Kansas City area. No insurance license or sales experience required — we’ll pay for your training and licensing so you can hit the ground running.

Based in Overland Park, KS, this full-time, in-office role offers a $60K base salary plus uncapped commission, with average earnings of $100K–$200K and top agents earning $200K+. Equity and 401(k) are available as part of a strong compensation package.
