Steadily Insurance Company is hiring an Agency Success Manager in Overland Park, KS to empower our independent agents to quote more with our platform. You’ll serve as a technical lead for the UI quoting platform and host training webinars.

You’ll collaborate across teams to design solutions based on agent feedback, provide timely support, and help scale our agency network. The role includes licensing/training pathways and a 120,000 OTE with equity, benefits, and a fast-growing culture.

Qualifications

• Gifted trainer with experience presenting to groups.
• P&C insurance background preferred; candidates without industry experience will undergo licensing and training.
• Tech-savvy and data-driven.
• Ability to handle important responsibilities with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Drive independent agent engagement to increase the number of agents quoting our products on a monthly basis.
• Serve as a technical lead for the UI quoting platform for the Independent Agency channel.
• Host daily/weekly training webinars that may be pre-planned or in-the-moment.
• Provide excellent and timely customer service to agents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may come up with agents.
• Collaborate with Director and Marketing on content creation to help design innovative and effective solutions based upon agency feedback.
• Collaborate effectively and efficiently across functional teams to define needs and determine priorities.

Steadily is hiring an Agency Success Manager who is the very best at what they do. We've grown our Independent Agency channel significantly and are looking for an excellent Success Manager to enable our agents to be successful using our platform!

What You'll Do

• Drive independent agent engagement to increase the number of agents quoting our products on a monthly basis.

Your Background

• Experienced: You are a gifted trainer with experience presenting to groups.
• Insurance: P&C insurance background preferred but we will consider candidates that do not have insurance experience. Candidates without industry experience will be led through a 90 day program which will include licensing, training and experience operating as an insurance agent. These foundational steps will give stellar candidates from other industries the tools to be successful in this role.
• Digital: You are extremely tech savvy and know how to leverage data and technology to your advantage.
• Driven: You can handle important responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight.
• $120,000 OTE
