Steadily is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our Client Experience team in the Kansas City metro area. You will provide fast, accurate support to landlords, lenders, and independent agents while helping us deliver world-class insurance service.

Compensation: $70,000/year + bonus (OTE $75,000) increasing to $82,500 after 18 months

Steadily is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Client Experience team in the Kansas City metro area. In this role, you’ll provide fast, accurate support to our landlords, lenders, and independent agents while helping us deliver world-class insurance service.

There is great advancement opportunity in Client Experience. Every six months as your skills increase, you will receive a $2,500 raise so your compensation will be $82,500 by 18 months. Once you level up into a Senior role, the floor is even higher.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing role. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Overland Park, KS.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
