Job summary

Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company, is seeking an energetic sales professional to drive individual and group sales across Orlando. You will generate new customers through field prospecting, referrals, leads, and direct outreach while maintaining relationships with current policyholders.

You will present company products and the sales process with confidence, serve customer needs, and mentor new agents as part of a broader sales team.

• Proven ability to generate new customers and sales.
• Strong customer relationship skills and responsiveness to needs.
• Ability to meet personal production targets and standards.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customers and sales through field prospecting, referrals, leads, target marketing, direct contact, and current policyholders.
• Build customer relationships and respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Meet a minimum of 75% of personal production for the year as an agent and sales standards set by Agency to remain affiliated.
• Conduct sales presentations with knowledge of Company products and sales materials.
• Present the Company sales process effectively and service customer calls or refer to the appropriate channel.
• Field train and accompany assigned Independent Agents and support new agents in developing understanding of the sales process.
• Support agents in assignment planning and appointment setting; mentor established agents through field training.
• Report operation issues in setting up a new piece of business; promote entrepreneurship to grow independent agency.
• Execute the Sales System and meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
