Job summary

Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company, is seeking a proactive sales professional to generate new customers through field prospecting and referrals. You will build strong customer relationships, respond to needs, and present company products with confidence.

Responsibilities include field training of Independent Agents, supporting new agents in learning the sales process, and ensuring annual production targets are met.

Qualifications

• Must have strong sales background and ability to prospect and close deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present materials clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customers through field prospecting, referrals, leads, target marketing, direct contact, and policyholders.
• Build customer relationships and respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Meet 75% of personal production for the year as an agent and sales standards set by Agency to remain affiliated.
• Conduct sales presentations consistent with the Company's Sales Process and product knowledge.
• Field train and accompany Independent Agents; support new agents in developing understanding of the sales process.
• Mentor established agents during sales visits and report operational issues promptly.
