• Generate new customers and sales through field prospecting, referrals, leads, and direct contact.
• Build customer relationships and respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Meet the personal production goal and adhere to agency sales standards.
• Conduct agent field training and support new agents in sales process.
• Mentor and coach established agents during field visits.
• Report operation issues in setting up new business.
• Entrepreneurship: build own independent agency.
• Execute the Sales System: meet or exceed goals.
• Effective communication and professional presentation of materials.
