• Generate new customers and sales through field prospecting, referrals, leads, target marketing, direct contact, and current Combined policyholders.
• Build customer relationships and respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Present Company products and sales materials; demonstrate the Company's Sales Process; service calls or refer to the appropriate channel.
• Field train and accompany Independent Agents; mentor and coach agents; set appointments; report operation issues; support entrepreneurial agency growth.
