Conner Kline Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking driven individuals to join as an Agency Sales Trainee. This role focuses on developing sales skills, building client relationships, and guiding customers to the best insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Business lines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, healthcare, insurance, or another customer-facing role preferred
• Solid communication and relationship-building abilities
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
