Job summary

Flexible scheduling and mentorship are offered. This role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, ongoing development, and a path to agency ownership through the Farmers Protege

Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, or insurance experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve goals.
• Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships.
• Organized with good time management skills.
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, lead follow-up, and outbound outreach.
• Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products.

• Work toward individual and agency sales goals while continuing to grow your skills.
• Stay current on Farmers products, licensing requirements, and industry best practices.
• Utilize agency CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer communication.
• Collaborate with your team to help drive agency growth.
