Job summary

Marquee Staffing is seeking a Talent Recruiter to join our Irvine and Carlsbad teams. You will oversee full-cycle recruitment, handle onboarding (I-9, E-Verify), schedule interviews, and manage employee records.

Ideal candidate has 1–3 years in recruitment or staffing, strong written communication, and proficiency with MS Office. 40-hour weeks, with overtime as needed; base pay $23–$26 per hour plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant recruitment experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong professional written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including onboarding (I-9, E-Verify).
• Schedule interviews and update employee records.
• Process background checks and drug screenings.
• Complete employee references and conversions/terminations.
• Process and audit timekeeping and requests.
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Source candidates using job boards and platforms; track in Bullhorn ATS/CRM.
• Navigate client ATS platforms (Bullhorn, UltiPro, ICIMs, Greenhouse).

Marquee Staffing is seeking new Talent Recruiters to join our team!

Marquee Staffing is a growing, high-performing staffing and workforce solutions company with a strong presence across Southern California. We are excited to add a new Talent Recruiter to our Irvine and Carlsbad teams!

This role focuses on supporting a variety of industries, including manufacturing, production, quality, engineering, and administration. It is ideal for individuals with recruitment or administrative experience in these fields who are passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.

What You'll Do:

Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including:

• Employee onboarding (I-9, E-Verify)
• Scheduling interviews
• Updating employee records
• Processing background checks and drug screenings
• Completing employee references
• Managing employee conversions and terminations
• Process and audit employee timekeeping and requests
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Leverage various job boards and sourcing platforms for recruitment efforts
• Track applicants and employees in Bullhorn ATS/CRM
• Navigate client-specific ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, UltiPro, ICIMs, Greenhouse, etc.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Prior experience working in fast pace environment or staffing environment is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong professional written communication skills
• Availability to work after hours or overtime as needed
• Passionate about helping others and achieving results
• Full-time position | Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM
• 40 hours per week | Overtime available as needed
• Base pay: $23 - $26 per hour, dependent on experience
• Uncapped commission potential
