Job summary

OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruiting across multiple departments in Orange County and beyond. This on-site role will support both part-time (high-volume) and full-time positions, developing pipelines and marketing campaigns to attract top talent.

• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Preferred experience in the entertainment/sports/hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with human resources management.
• Knowledge of ATS and HRIS (Workday preferred).
• Knowledge of Orange County and the surrounding labor market helpful.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and a self-starter.
• Team player with a commitment to relationship building.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite/products and social media savvy.

• Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation
• Enforce regulations with managers
• Recommending new hiring procedures and conduct training
• Run reports and analytics to monitor cost per hire and time to fill

Pay Details:

The annual base salary range for this position in California is $75,000 to $90,000 per year. The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter supports various organizations and departments within the Company. This team member is responsible for the end-to-end recruiting strategy and will focus on the organization’s selection, retention, and workforce planning. This position will assist with Part-time (high-volume) recruiting during peak season and with Full-time level positions as needed, based on TA Recruiter alignment.

In addition to recruiting, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter will play a key role in developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, while building relationships within the community to support current and future hiring needs.
