Job summary

The Nagler Group in MetroWest, MA is seeking a motivated Agency Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building relationships with candidates and clients. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple industries, delivering high-touch hiring experiences.

You will source, interview, place qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and stay ahead of local market trends to meet placement goals and service levels.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting or related experience in staffing, sales, or customer service.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple searches and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and direct hire opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through phone, video, email, and in-person interactions.
• Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting strategies and market insights.
• Write and post engaging job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Proactively source passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and facilitate onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Meet recruiting metrics, placement goals, and service level expectations while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
• Stay informed on local hiring trends and labor market conditions throughout the MetroWest area.
