Snap Inc. in New York is seeking an Associate Agency Partner to join Team Snapchat's U.S. Agency Team.

You will serve as the operational backbone, owning reporting, dashboards, and media allocation across agency partnerships. You will build repeatable assets, streamline processes, and partner with sales, planning, and analytics to turn data into decision-ready narratives. The role requires advanced Excel, storytelling with decks, and a proactive, fast-paced mindset.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in media/advertising, agency, ad sales, or related field.
• Experience turning complex data into data stories that drive performance.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data analysis and presentation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the day-to-day operational backbone for the U.S. Agency Team.
• Own recurring reporting and performance tracking with dashboards and scorecards.
• Manage proprietary media allocation across agency deals and flag optimizations.
• Build team materials like newsletters, QBRs, pitch decks, and presentations.
• Streamline resources and processes, standardizing workflows and templates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into narratives.
• Support agency business reviews with data and materials.
• Coordinate stakeholders to keep programs and timelines on track.
• Maintain a proactive, test-and-learn mindset in operations.
