Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an Agency Manager in the United States to lead a defined market area, working with Sales Agency partners and UNFI-focused customers. The role requires P&L ownership, strategic planning, and strong collaboration to achieve share, volume and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of Consumer Product Goods experience.
• At least 2 years of key customer account experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage group of customers within a defined market area to meet share/volume/financial objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales Agency Partners to coordinate information flow to third-party retail teams.
• Lead strategic planning and alignment of objectives with customers to drive growth.
• Own P&L and financial responsibilities.
• Drive Joint Business Planning and customer collaboration opportunities.
• Coach and lead Sales Agency Partners with annual and mid-year performance reviews.
