Colgate-Palmolive, a global consumer products company, is seeking an Agency Manager based in Rosemont, IL, or nearby. The role focuses on UNFI and selling through a sales agency while driving share and revenue. The position requires leadership, P&L ownership, and strong planning capabilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with agencies and customers, optimizing growth strategies and joint business planning to meet financial objectives. Work visa sponsorship is not offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of Consumer Products Goods experience.
• 2+ years of key customer account experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Experience with Colgate Business Planning or similar planning software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a group of customers in a defined market area.
• Collaborate with Sales Agency Partners to facilitate information flow to third party retail teams.
• Lead the development of customer strategies aligned to Colgate objectives.
• Maintain P&L and financial accountability for the portfolio.
• Drive Joint Business Planning and customer collaboration opportunities.
• Coach and lead Sales Agency Partners and conduct reviews.
